i picked up a pair of the new 2002 M3 sidemarkers and i did a search and saw that kman put on the 745i sidemarkers...they have the same setup, i brought it to a shop and they were like, no we cant do it because it is ment for the bmw, they said that the "clips" would get in the way and it wouldnt fit bla bla bla they dont want to take the chance....can you plz tell me how u did this, it would be a great help! thnx

 

there is nothing back there! the clips don't get in the way, you could mount them anywhere on the quarter panel if you wanted?! it's a hollow fender, check your pm! the clips are thin and drilling the holes / slits is easy, and then they are touched up and sealed, covered by the sidemarker...steve
