armorall?

my dash and seats and doors all look old and worn. I vaguely remember my dad using armorall on his leather seats a long time ago and it coming out good. If i get the armorall built for leather, is it safe to use it on my dash, seats, and doors?

There are other options available out there, however.

Yeah, I also used the leather conditioner/lotion for the steering wheel - it doesn't get too slippery at all and dries smooth. I use Black magic on all the plastic trim (esp center console) - just make sure you buff it out so it won't stay greasy and get on your hands.

But I say definitely take care of the steering wheel - you don't want that leather to start fading or, even worse, peel.

I actually use the leather conditioner on that leather part in the middle of the doors. As for the top part and everywhere else, I suggest black-magic protectant, it keeps a nice shiny layer on it for a good month - not greasy at all. And looks great for ebony interiors.

I stopped using Armor All after my dad's dash started cracking in his 05 Accord. It works great, but if you expose it to sun, the fluid actually dries up and starts cracking it up. I use Meguiar's Leather Cleaner & Conditioner for the seats and Turtle Wax F1 for my dash and doors. So far, no troubles.

armor all has humectants in it. which is a hydrophilic drying agent that soaks up water. thats how they get the "quick" products to dry so "quick." i would suggest using separate cleaning and conditioning. im not too knowledgeable about what interior detailing methods are the best, but thats just my theory.
