Anyone recieve the Timing Belt Tensioner update in the Mail?

What is the Problem?
Due to a manufacturing problem, the timing belt tensioner in your vehicle's engine can lose its oil. If enough oil is lost , the timing belt loosens and causes engine noise.

You can take this in and get it fixed free of charge

Do you know if this applies to all 2nd gen TL (including '99), or is this for a specific year?
