Anyone noticed this about center arm rest?

My buddy was messing around while I was driving the other day, and he ended up pulling the top of the center console forward. I guess it's just to make writing on the armrest easier, or maybe my console is messed up. Anyone else notice this?

Yeah, I read the owner's manual, but I guess I skipped over that part. I was just making sure my console wasn't broken.

I got scared the first time it happened because I had my arm resting and I had to break really hard. I slid foward on my seat and the armrest came with me....

Question you're kidding right?

there's also an emergency trunk release cable in the trunk, in case you lock yourself in! :p
