Talking

Why not just e-mail Tim and ask him if he can get em?

I'm still waiting for someone to make the signals in the mirrors. MB type stuff.

Would u happen to know anysites that I can take a look at?

Good idea...I'm working on something with Tim too, but I'll reveal that once I have a sample. Everyone must have one.

A side marker... tthis is going to be really stupid, but the pic that was posted for 49 doesn't look like what i had envisioned... maybe I am thinking about something completey different.

Are we looking to replace that gross orange thing in the headlight area???? That, i will be down for, I was looking in to hoew to do it no more than 2 nights ago... So if that is it, you can count me in foschizzle...

maybe a bit more rectangle Tim? I was not feeling that one, something more similar to the Saber's..

Or...If you can get your hands on some side mirrors that have blinkers in em that will fit the TL, I'd buy those instead.

bdimc2001 - I can't locate it, but I'm sure there's at least 2 company making them (alot of civic them those installed). However, you know those made by Ford? with the blinker on the mirror itself. I found a company making it for the accord coupe (which is the same as pre-2002 TL)...all I did was search for 'side mirror signal' in google.

MikeyB - sorry for the confusion, I've reposted the pic, so do you like them??

Tim - are those 'real' side marker? I mean do they come with the wiring stuff to light up? or are they phony ones that we have on bike...

No! I wouldn't want to cut my baby up. It would take away the clean look on the car. I think it looks better on Audi's and BMW's because they look rounder in design. Just my $.02

I installed a set in my Accord; install required CUTTING a rectangular hole in the sheet metal for the sidemarkers and running wires up the front turn signals. I used a dremel tool and while it wasnt that hard, it is definitely NOT for the faint of heart.

I made templates in thick plastic to test fit them, then traced the template on to the car after carefully measuring everything and only then cut them out. Cutting the metal was hardest because I couldnt bring the saw to touch the metal. It was psychological I guess. Finally I just scratched the paint inside the marked area so that I would have no choice but to cut it out.
