In a year here at this site, I have never seen this myself. The MDX people apparently have been buying a thingy that costs $75 that plugs strait into the external CD changer port on our stereo and gives us a free AUX port using the stock external 6 disk changer spot!

that's pretty nice! kinda read that it will allow direct hookup to the alpine mp3 changer...TRUE??? i couldn't figure out the specs of the groupbuy (cost and end date)...

i found my answer...in addition to this piece, you still the special alpine adapter if you intend on using their mp3 changer!
