Does anyone have the short AEM intake for there TL. I just installed one in my 99 and it is very loud when I hit it. Also a sucking noise when the car is started and sitting at idle. Do you like it or not? I think I do but am not sure, it is a little loud!Sounds like a damb race car when you get on it!

 

all of that is normal. if you want quieter, get comptech icebox or filter change.

 

what year car do you have, I have a 99 and had to make some adj to get it to fit.

 

i have an 01. the only difference is the coolant hose stuff.

 

and the security horn has to be moved around for 99 TL. I have an AEM two part CAI. I sometime use it as a SRI.
