Is that possible to put 02 bumper on the 00,I know there were someone asked this before,but now my bumper is damage,I have to change another bumper,but i want some fresh LOOK.any suggestion?Thanks guys

initialD, I hope you know those are pictures of the CL's..not a TL! Anyway.....I'm sure the 02 Bumper can fit but very minimal modifications. Remember the pic of the baby blue 00 TL with the 02 underbody kit? fit pretty good right? Try the bumper. I'm assuming the width of the 99-01 and 02 TL's are the same. your gonna have to worry about the length..and better hope you can get the bolts to line up. Go to a good body shop.

Alot of people will say it can't be done. But they just never been into the rice world.. hahaha!!!!!! j/k!

 

It can be done but very pricey My car was in a acc last mnth and I was going to do the same thing . you will have to replace the bumper,hood,right quarter,left quarter and you will also need differned hid ballasts. The 99/01 hids are different than the 02s. I would of done the swap but my headlights were not damaged in the accident . Good luck on your swap

...here is my suggestion...we already know that the 02' front lip will fit and look great...I really think the the 02' lip will fit w/o modification...I looked at a TlS underneath the front bumper and all the holes for the kit line up...I really dont know for sure, but if I order a kit, i will order an 02' kit...I need someone to really tell me if the o2' lip will fit w/o modification...it looked that way to me, but maybe someone else can compare their car to their friends...thanx...about the bumper, dont do it just to have fogs...get the value fronts:wow:...Shyne

If you're gonna go through the trouble of getting the front lip, might as well get the front bumper..

since there are FOG LIGHTS on them..
