Anyone else's exhaust broke yet?

A hanger on my TSUDO axlebacks just broke. Hit a dip pretty hard last night going down an unfamiliar road. After having a close look at the axlebacks, the welds werent all that great and theres gaps. Each hanger on each axleback was in a different place and only one side was welded on.

No, weather did not contribute to the damage. I live in texas.. nothing but heat to kill me.

Right side axleback. Notice how the hanger is behind the small lip? The left side axleback had the hanger ontop of the lip.

Sorry man, it must have been hit pretty hard. I ran over an axle than ripped through my front cross beam and rear sub frame like butter. Bounced right off my ATLP and barely left a mark, other than shifting it a bit.

Kind of looks like that spot was oxidizing.

Im not sure what happened with the welding process or why they did it but i honestly think they could've welded the hangers on much better. Hell if i even had my own welding machine i would fix it and reinforce it.

Weird. Maybe it was supposed to be that way for fitment. After all, they fit pretty well. Never seen lopsided Tsudos yet. What's you're deductible?

I dont think 1 hanger being welded on the lip and the other one isnt has to do with fitment. Im just gonna go to a buddys shop and weld it back on better.

My tsudos had the hangers in different places too and it didn't look like it was a planned difference because one hung differently than the other and I had to replace the rubber hangers.
