Unhappy Anyone else with Zeal B6 Coilover?

Currently there is clearance issue with the Zeal B6 series..
the Front Top mount problem has already been solved.

however, there is still clearance issue from the rear, EndlessUSA
has talked to Endless Japan about it, however Its been awhile, still no reply from them.

the coilover was purchased since Oct.

I know Astroboy and Mantis has the same problem.
Anyone else have any sort of idea how to solve this?

Hmm, I can't remember, but I think Astro said he wasn't getting the scraping between the damper and the sway bar link in the rear. I can't confirm with A-CL being down, but maybe he can.

If you find a solution to the problem, please let me be on the first to know list!

the scrap is minor...... but its a design flaw, they shouldn't sell something like this.
Yah I am waiting for them to reply.

could you go a little more in depth with the "front top mount" problem?? I have the B2's and would like to know what you are talking about.

And the scrape you have...is that front or the rears? And does it "scrape" or does it "squeek" really bad??

The scrape is in the rears, its very noticeable when on bumpy roads.

SOrry for these questions...but does it sound like a scrape, or does it sound like a squeeking? My B2's are having noise problems in the rear especially, and Endless USA told me that I needed to have my bushings below the adjustable knob simply taken out and lubed up.

I haven't gotten around to doing it yet, and am now wondering if they were wrong. Hmmmmm.....

Ken, you have B2's, this is a problem with B6's, which have a thicker shock shaft.

Hey RDX, I know this is a stupid question, and I'm pretty sure I know the answer to it...but, do you ride around with that piece of cardboard between the sway bar link and the dampner, or were you just doing that to illustrate the small clearance space?
