I have 122K miles on my 99TL, was wondering if anyone has changed their fuel pump yet? I was thinking about having this changed out before it goes dead...so I don't end up on the side of the road. Seems like my car has a slight hesitation when accelerating from a stop light. Anyone else experiencing this?

 

182,500 miles on mine and no problems.

hesitation could be many things. when were the plugs changed last? have you had any egr port cleaning?

 

I changed the plugs at 100k and cleaned out the throttle body last autumn. how exactly do you clean out the egr port? isn't this located on the throttle body? Anyone have any idea on how long the original fuel pump lasts? Also I still have all original fluids in the car (brake, power steering, coolant), have any of you changed these out yet?
