What the hell is a TL-P?

i believe it's a termed borrowed from the cl line when it first came out. we all know the cl type-s, so not to leave the other model un-named, it was called the cl premium (or cl-p). the tl's existed before the tl type-s which is probably why tl-p sounds odd.

I have a 2002 TL non Type S with the Navi..

My wife has '02 Silver TL-P with NAVI, muds, spoiler, wind deflector.

I am much happier with the wind deflector than I thought I would be. No wind comes in the car with the moon roof fully open.

I find that 225HP has more than enough HP than I(she)need. Its got power all over the rev range. SS is almost no fun. You are way over the speed limit before its even wound up in 3rd gear. So you really only get to shift manual once from 2nd to 3rd. Holding 2nd is fun though. The motor sounds nice up around 5,000 rpm. I like the softer ride that the P offers as well.

I agree hes probably talking about a TL preminum also like the CL was goin to be called!
