I think INSPIRE/SABER fog uses H1 bulbs...so you can buy the HID kit for H1..

hey songoko, What bulbs did you put in when you did the 6000K? I just called suv lights and he said $450 for a HID fog kit cuz i asked for philips. But then he goes off saying I should get this Japanese bulb but it really doesn't have a brand name yet, but ppl who have seen it prefer the Japanese bulb look. And he was asking me what color I'm looking for at first?

Sh!t I dunno there was a color difference in 6000k bulbs??

I have philips 6000K D2R. You should definitely want to go with German brand bulbs & ballast (philips or osram).
You should never waste your money on Japanese or Korean brands.

Yeah,

D2S might be good idea.
I never heard anything about HELLA HID kit, but I know HELLA's pretty known company for driving lights, etc.

Actually, we're talking about UA4 model (99-01 TL). We don't have foglight on our car where Honda INSPIRE/SABER has it.
And 1999TL has ValueSports bumper installed that has INSPIRE/SABER fog in it.
