Anybody installed new brake hoses?

I'm thinking about ordering some of the stainless steel braided brake hoses.
Did anyone get them from ebay? I'm not sure if they will fit on correctly.
For those who bought a set...what brand are they and where did you get them..how much.
Thanks

My brother and I replaced a set on a '99. Pretty straightforward. Get a set of flare nut wrench. 10mm and i think 21mm so you wont strip the connector on the brake line.

He got it from this place

Make sure you get part #20082. Goodridge brand.

Fit perfect. Don't forget to bleed your break line afterward. Good time to flush your fluid too

Use about 1qt of fluid.

Oh, don't get any brake fluid on your paint. best paint stripper around!!.

Good luck

Oh, I'm getting a set for my '02 TL-s too. Brake pedal was much firmer.

SS brake lines were one of my first mods, Goodridge are nice items.

I got my SS braided lines from irotors. I don't know who manufactured mine, but all I can say is they made a huge difference. The brake pedal is so stiff now, I love the feel. I hardly have to push the pedal an inch, for the car to come to a complete stop. Definitely worth the 100 bux that I spent for all four lines. One thing you'll notice also is it gets rid of the "spongy" stock feel of the brakes.

BTW I used Motul Synthetic Brake fluid to re-bleed the system. It is Dot 4, but works in cars that require Dot 3 also. Its been working great for me for over 10k miles.

Later guys.
