call your car shops in the area. then go talk to the guy. look at his shop. it should be very very clean. and he should have several years of experiance. lifetime warranty.

I don't know whether or not this will help you. I just checked out the 3M certified installer site and they list one, however no address. I also don't know how updated the listing is, so you may have to take a chance and call. Here's the link. They also have a listing in Cedar Rapids and Pella.
