any recommendations for a mechanic shop around chelmsford, MA?
i just relocated and would like to get some major work done on my car. can anyone vouch for a shop around the north shore?

tune up, timing belt replacement, emissions sensor replacement, tranny flush.

I took my car to independent Mechanic in Wellesely, Mass two weeks ago. He used to work for Acura/HOnda dealership before. I was impressed. he changed the timing belt for my 99TL for something like $544.00. let me know if you need his contacts.

what are the guy's contacts? is this a shop or does he just work in his private garage? wasn't sure what u meant by independent mechanic.

he did the timing belt, water pump, cannister, EGR valve, radiator...his prices are good
tell him the guy with a silver Acura sent you..
however i would suggest that you do you the EGR valve yourlsef. it is pretty easy to do if you know for sure that 's what you need...
