How many of you have any annoying rattling noises in your TLS?? Over these couple of days, I have been experiencing rattling noise on the passenger side whenever I drive through bumpy roads. It is not terrible, but it is an annoyance. I was wondering if anyone is having the same problem??

Ditto, had rattles coming out of the passenger side (or so I thought). It drove me nuts for a couple of weeks. Anyway the culprit was the center console. The upper storage box was rattling against the plastic it rested on. The dealer put some felt on the inside of the lid and the rattles disappeared.

Try this tomorrow: drive over a bumpy road with your elbow resting on the arm rest. If its the center console then you shouldn't hear any rattles. If you still hear rattles then its something else ... I would then take it to your dealer.

Also be sure check for the usual suspects first : coins, sunglasses etc.

 

My passenger side seat occasionally squeaks only when someone is sitting in it. Last week, I brought my car to the dealer for the window recall and had them look into the squeak at the same time. They told me that they could not duplicate the noise but noticed that the sunroof was making a noise (which I never noticed before). They added "squeak reduction tape" around the moonroof at no charge. I really didn't think much of it but then I noticed that the moonroof was chirping over bumps, something that it was not doing before. Why couldn't they just leave it alone? I'll give it some more time and maybe it'll go away if not I'll return.

I have no rattle except for the driver door. It only needs to be lubrified over the rubber. That is it. I guess I am lucky.

And the moonroof but my dealer fixed it by adding additional rubbers.

 

I get alot of rattles ever since I got my springs installed. I know if I bring it to the dealer they'll just say my springs losen some bolts or somthing I notice the same sounds are in the accord too lol. It's the chair hehe

well i have springs on and i have not one rattle, its soild as can be, expect i hear road noise a little more but nothing that bugs me.

 

Well, I am kind of disappointed at my TLS because yesterday every single bump or uneven road I drove through gave me a rattling sound from my passenger side. It seems it is coming from the dash, but I can't pinpoint exactly where it is. But last night I couldn't really duplicate the problem. I don't know what to do except to keep out driving and see what happens.

The only noise I have had was coming from the overhead storage bin for my sunglasses. They would rattle occasionally while I was driving on a rough road. Fixed it by using some foam tape to keep them from bouncing around so much. have not had any further noise of any kind in the last 3,000 miles. Nice and quiet no matter how rough the road!
