Wassup fellow tler. I been browsing this forum for quite some time now,since I brought my tl-s back in august. Got a SSM 02 tl-s non-navi ( but i work in an electronics store so i can get a great deal on navi ) 44000 miles for about 18g, just fell in love with that particular one out of all the others. So far i'm happy,except one thing.

When I bought the car,the cd didn't open or close, brought it back to the dealership 3 times and they change it all 3 times and finally figure out the problem,told me that my wood grain cover was somehow not allowing the cd to open. So now i was given a plastics cover instead of my wood grain and it don't look right. I am thinking of upgrading the system but i want to keep the steering control. I just had it fix also,it was cut and when i brought the car in the dealer found and fix it, it wasn't cover under warranty so I had to pay.

So my problem is, I want to upgrade the system but want to keep the control. Is there a HU that would allow me to do this. I did search and found no answer to this question.

Oh, and how many here are from NYC or around the area and hopefully I can get some pix up.

Check out the Audio, Bluetooth, Electronics & Navigation Sub-forum. They'd have the answer. I'm pretty sure it can be done. IIRC, you get some box that goes in between and you're able to use the controls on the steering wheel.
