Another newbie!
Just drove home with my new SSM & Ebony w/ Navi tonight - wow, what a great car!!
I've been cruising the posts for a while and everyone helped confirmed the already easy decision to go with the TL-S AND helped me get a great deal with all your info.
Thanks for the help and now I'm truly experiencing what you all have been raving about - it's awesome!!

congrats on your new car.
btw.. nice color
Did you lease/buy? I assume you got it from Solano Acura in Fairfield, right? Did you check out any other dealers around the area before you decided?

Thanks! Actually WDP was kind of my first choice, but there couldn't be one found in almost the entire upper half of California. But then I found the silver to be classy, yet sporty - which I really liked.
Actually, I bought it from Jerry at Acura of Concord. I wasn't too impressed with Solano. Concord had the best inventory, but I did check up in Sacramento, all the way down to Burlingame.
I took the leap into leasing on this one - I've never done that before, although I seem to change cars every couple of years, so I thought I'd give it a shot - although I can't see getting sick of this thing!

No problem - I was able to get it for a cap cost of $33,000 - which was about $2000 of MSRP / 3% over invoice, because it had the Navi, a spoiler, and a bunch of little extra's that Concord throws in - trunk tray, door guards, mud flaps, etc..
I got a 4-year lease w/ 15,000 miles per year with a 51% residual because I went with Chase Manhattan Bank (not as good as Honda/Acura financing). So my payment worked out in the low 5's.
I tried getting a better deal on the cap cost, but it was hard because they were moving the vehicles. I've been working it for a couple of months now. I'm not sure if I could have gotten a better deal, but all that matters is that I'm happy with it and I'm enjoying the ride!

Being happy is what's most important. I'm sure you will be happy for the term of your lease.
WDP and SSM were my top choices, and I just liked the WDP too much, so I drove it home. 3,300 miles, and still haven't wiped the stupid grin off my face.
Enjoy your TLS, and welcome!
