As long as you can duplicate the noises, I say you take it to the dealership and let them resolve it... I have already had them fix:

1. A dash rattle where the windshield meets the dash (in the center)
2. A chaffing sound in the rear deck
3. A ringing/clicking sound in my passenger seat (had to have the interior seat frame complete replaced)
4. A metallic vibration from my steering column (in the shop now to resolve)
5. A weather seal problem with the driver door (in the shop now to resolve)

I know it sounds like the dealership might not want to work on such small issues, but my dealership has been nothing short of world-class... And each time, I have received a loaner car while they work on it... I have a 2006 TSX in my driveway right now while they are working on #4 and #5 above...

Good luck...
