Does anyone makes an aluminum bottom engine shield for the TL?
It will be great if someone makes one, this save me time from fabricate one my self.

 

For the bottom of the car? Why? looks?

 

Yeh for the bottom of the car, not too much about look but more about protecting the engine and tranny.
Winter is comming and I do drive alot avg about 50miles a day, last year I have to replace my oil pan cause I hit ice on the road that damage my oil pan.

 

A skid plate? I seriously doubt anyone makes a skid plate for the TL or any sedan of its nature. You are probably going to have to make one.

 

I'm thinking along the same line. I guess I have to start figure out all the mount pt., vent and service holes. I don't want to cover the engine too much that will cause oil change problem and over heating. I'm thinking 1/4"aluminum sheet will get the job done. Time to bring out my plasma cutter from the basement.
