I get seemingly strong airflow from all my vents except the floor ones. Is there any common problems with dampers or their motors in the heating system? Its not so bad in the summer, but i live in central Canada and it sucks during the winter. Im looking to get this fixed as well as my heated seats before winter comes along.

I have an 03 TL type S

 

id check the mix motor to see if its moving to the floor position (you can get to it and see it from the passenger side foot well towards the center console.

 

my ac blows hot when im standing still. only cool when im moving...

 

Fsstyms1 doesn't the mix motor control the temp coming thru the vents? I may be wrong.
