For all who are pimping with their kits

Alright... whether it is WW or OEM, the thing that wonders me is whether or not they rattle or make any type of noises after you've installed them.
I remember someone mentioned about there is a certain type of lubricant that we are supposed to put under the bumpers prior installing these kits. If so, does it squeak or make any type of noises once in awhile? or not?

OEM, self installed, no "lube" and not a sound.

I think it depends on the quality of the kit i guess. The OEM kit is a good quality piece, plenty of bolts being used. Funny thing is the OEM kit is one of those parts on our cars that are made in Japan

Man... That's the thing that get everyone pissed. They make them with fog and kit in Japan and left everything out here for us to fix.
Though the installation process is where all the fun at, but still...

my sideskirt makes noise when i drive over like 60 cause when i ordered the kit from tim the box came all messed up (damn UPS) and there was a hole in the box so im guessing the screws fell out so i have some different screws on the right sideskirt so theres a little of a rattle... didnt want to bother tim for new screws since UPS messed up the box during shipping and they fell out.. but other then that everything is great, i love my kit

I installed the OEM kit myself and have had no problems with it whatsoever (noises included). All I did was wash the areas of the car that the kit covered and bolted it up... simple as can be.

Got the OEM kit too and installed it myself and no noise. Hey, Jax you said that your right sideskirt makes a noise. But for the skirts, didn't installed with the factory triangle plugs?? Because the skirts don't come with screw.

are you using the orginal plastic screws from the orginal sideskirts?

If you are then you should change them to the ones that came with the new OEM sideskirts

Just called WW and they tell me they will not be producing a Kit for the 2002 TL No explanation. When I informed them that they don't make '99-2001's anymore they said they knew this. How odd My only conclusion is that they didn't sell enough to justify retool. but it is also my understanding that the only piece that needs a retool is the front..go figure. They must run the business from their mom's garage in the hood.
