Are all CL and TL suspension components the same as Accord V6?

Are all CL and TL suspension components the same as Accord V6?
I was wondering this, and it was brought up on the AV6 board. I was thinking that I could put CL-S comptech sway bars on my car for even better handeling.

yea i just checked on the comptechusa.com website, its the same sways. part number is 33.3200 for both. SO its the same parts.
Hey if you know anyone that wanna buy my stock sways let me know.

I agree with songoku. The springs, sways, and shocks are interchangable, but that's probably it. The rest of the suspension is different.
