hey
i was wondering why does air still come out of the vents when my a/c controls are all off and everything.. i can still adjust the temp for the air coming out when my a/c is off. does this use up gas like using a/c would? it dosent bother but just makes me curious to why it does that

All cars do it; it's a safety thing to keep good ventilation so that potentially harmful fumes do not build up in the cabin - its actually fresh air, not recirculation.

i just hate how the car never really seals off so that fumes from the exterior penetrate the interior.

really annoys me.
