So I picked up a 2002 WDP tl-s today.. The asking price was 9000, but we originally agreed on 8400 yesterday. Today, I took it to my mechanic and the front motor mount needs replacing, and there was a bubble in the rr tire....Long story short, the salesman knocked 2 more bills off the price and gave me a new tire. So now I have 4 new michellins, and a motor mount to replace.
The car has 84,xxx miles and I got it for 8200....Not too bad, right? It has a clear title, carfax says 1 owner and no accidents!
The only thing is that there are a few dings in the fenders, but hey it is a used car afterall. Also, one of the fog lights has some moisture inside...how can I go about fixing this? Any and all input is more than welcome.

I dont know how long it will remain up for, so...

I am going to have my brother upload the pics from today though.

The interior is absolutely in superb condition, and the exterior would receive an 8/10...A few dings here and there, and the front bumper needs work. The ;ast pics on the sale page is actually misleading as the headlights are 100% crystal clear.

Coming in the future is a drop, exhaust/headers, CAI, oem lip kit, and tint.

Juan, I am a DIY'r but I don't want to get involved....I do my own oil changes, I have dug down into the motor before, but I am not quite sure about all thats involved in the motor mounts.

was the tranny ever replaced?

I picked up an '02 TL-S in exc cond. a few months back for $6K. Good price, but it has 135k miles on it and tranny was replaced at 40k miles, so I think the good price gives me some protection in case I have tranny problems. 105k service was done. Tranny seems fine for now and I don't push it too much.

I took a look at the clist ad, dang you got a good deal if the tranny is still good of course, I mean the engine is sooooooooooo clean and the interior is as well. Awesome buy

Its already off. lmao. First thing that I did when I got it home. And yeah, I was amazed at just how clean the interior is...There is not even any wrinkles in the seats.
And about the tranny, idk. Carfax states that the engine/drivetrain module has been replaced a few years back.
