Aftermarket Cold Air Intake
Has anybody installed aftermarket cold air intake on their 2nd Generation TL? When you start your car, is there a hissing sound? I don't know what it is, if it's escaping air or whateva, I jus need ta know if I'm tha only one experiencin' this. Appreciate it.

yep. just like ^^ those 2 guys said.

theres even the hissing sound from the stock airbox w/ k&n filter.

Is it supposed to keep hissing for a couple seconds after I shut off the engine?

that is a pressure release that is normally muffled with a stock intake

AND, it also sounds interesting when the A/C engages and disengages with the car stopped and running....
