Did you try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and reconnecting it? Once you install an CAI, the computer needs to be reset since ur putting more HP and sucking more air into the system. Once the computer sees that it doesn't accept it so u need to recalibrate the system and disconnecting the battery should do it!

the maintaince req light has NOTHING to do with the CAI. It just so happen that your milage is due for oil change while you install the CAI. Disconnect battery and reset ECU won't do a thing for it. In the manual it shows you how to reset the light

if i'm not mistakened, you hold down both reset and trip buttons, turn key to on position. keep it pressed down for +10 sec's and it should auto. go off.
again, that's to what i remember..might wanna dbl check that with the other members

If you're sure that it's the maintenance light, then look in the owner's manual for the instructions on how to reset it. It's scheduled to go off at certain intervals to con unsuspecting owners into bringing it to the dealership for unnecessary repairs for huge profits (my cousins just got conned that way on his Honda Accord.. unfortunately I was away at school and the thought of asking me didn't cross his mind... idiot).
If you could tell us what mileage you're at, then it would help tremendously since, like I said, it's scheduled to go off at certain mileage intervals.
If it's a Check Engine Light, then check the two hoses connected to the intake. If those are loose, leaking pressure, then the computer will throw codes.
Good luck.
