I'm not sure but I don't think so. AEM makes CAI for the 2001 TL-P.

The 2002 TL-P intake will most likely fit, but I don't think the CL intakes will fit the TL's.

Question

I was trying to go the otherway, I was looking at buying a Cosmo CAI for a TL-P, I was told IT WOULD NOT fit a TL-S.
So, is something different over by the airbox on these cars?

Any intake system which was meant for the CL-S or TL-S, won't fit correctly on the TL-P, and vise versa.

Usually the first thing that you can tell is the throttle body is more extended out towards the left side of the car, thus making the "tubing" shorter. basically...it's just plain ol' different!

In simple terms, the spacing in the engines is what really matters.
