Aem Cai Broke Off

Yeah you read the title right. I was gettin an oil change and the man told me that the CAI broke off. I was like what the heck. when I popped open the hood he was correct. So I had to convert my CAI into a Short Ram. I'll post pictures soon. You think AEM will give me a new CAI or just the piece that broke off? haha maybe even a New V2.

Okaaaaay... It would help a lot if you told us what section of the intake broke off. Are you talking about the tab that secures the intake onto the chassis?

I had a bypass valve on my CAI. The piece that broke off was the piece that connected the bypass valve to the filter

my bypass valve broke too, I gave up on it and I ordered a hose for it. I realized I never drive the car through deep water anyways and if it rains hard, I usually drive my MDX anyways. So, unless you drive through water a lot, just get the hose and take the valve off.
