Advice for the mechanic

Hey guys, I appreciate so much the pointers and help I've gotten so far on this transmission journey. Still a few weeks away from affording it but we're getting there. I talked to a shop today that will do it but they've never done it before. Just wondering if there's anything y'all can think of to tell them to help them understand. Planning to put in an 05/06 Odyssey Transmission and have a probable one lined up now. Just want to be able to tell him what to swap over. I know they'll need to connect the old power steering lines on it. And also swap over the 3rd and 4th range select sensors as well as the oil heater assembly on top. Any other things they should know?

Make sure they adjust the range switch properly. And also to press in and bottom out all the harness connectors for full contact. 99.9% of the install problems are due to these 2 simple issues.

Common sense but, insure that they replace all of the sensor O-rings to avoid any annoying leaks.

....and forgot to mention that you most definitely should replace the rear main crankshaft seal when the tranny is out. It's known to leak! It's cheap from the dealer and labor is like 20 minutes.
