Adjustables... if the pirch any lower?

Adjustables... if the pirch any lower?
I was wondering... someone told me that some of the adjustable shocks and struts have a lower resting pirch than the factory struts. Is this true. And if it is how much lower will that pirch be? If there is anyone that has any knowledge of this please let me know.
