the added expense of having rims?

Hi, I was thinking about buying 19'' racing type 6r wheels in chrome for my silver 2002 acura tl. With the rims i am going to be getting 225/35/19 toyo prozie fz4 tires, which are z rated. I was wondering How many miles i could expect to get from these tires? I also wanted to know do i have to lower it and what other expenses will i incurr from buying these rims(Alignment things like that)??

if you don't lower your car, you won't get camber issues and therefore can expect to get the normal/stated amount of miles from normal driving. more aggressive driving will probably lead to less miles. i tried searching but i can't see to find the treadlife for these. now if you lower, you will need to buy the lowering element (springs or coilovers), camber kits for front and/or back, labor and get an alignment. that tire size is within reason, but make sure you get the appropriate rim width and rim offset to prevent rubbing. do you know these two values?

you don't need camber kits if your not lowering it more then 1.5 inches. Comptech springs for example won't require a camber kit because it's not low enough to effect anything. Some problems you do encounter is the tires only last about 20-30k miles. another is when your lower, you have to watch the deep dips, potholes and the such that can bend the rim or scratch the bottom of the car. But I personally think it's all worth it. Lower the car, you'll love it!

TYPE-S (-1.75 F -1.50 R)
With this combination what other expenses will i have to pay for besides getting the rims and the springs put on. Someone suggested buying shocks as well??? anyone seen those grills from grill-tech??
