i still haven't received my guages...i actually e-mailed 4IG for a change of address in the fall as per your instruction, because when i originally ordered them i was at another location...so what's up and what can i do to get 'em??

so whats the deal?? were we scammed out of the silver gauges?
is that why we can't get any answers on whats going on with them. i've been asking for two weeks for some kind of update and haven't recieved any word. nate-are you out there? you seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth. i pm you but didn't get a response. please let us know something.

I really want the silver as well, and I wanted them as they were supposed to be w/o the funky glow..

We should get an update soon, I don't think anyone has heard anything about the silvers yet..

Last I heard, the silver ones were suppose to be done my early March. Well its early March and no sign of the silver guages. I just hope this is not a repeat of the previous 9+ months where we were getting led in circles and nothing get done. Sorry guys, just wanted to voice my opinions.

There was some discussion about a previous buy of indiglos by a honda group where the group was promissed a second set of guages but only got the first set...

I don't know what the deal was with this and maybe it is just a rumor ... we might be lucky to have gotten our white guages.

I think that it is very unlikely that we get our second set of gauges. 4IG has no motive for doing so. They know that we're very upset with them for making us wait 9+months. Even if they were to provide us with a second set, they probably would think that we still wouldn't ever order anything from them. Therefore, good faith motives for the purposes of customer loyalty are just not present. Plus they've already delivered white ones and if they were to access our forum, they would see that many people are already pleased with their gauges. I hope by the love of god, that they do send us the silver ones. But realistically and from a biusiness perspective, it wouldn't make a lot of sense. Sorry, just my thoughts on the matter.

I am assuming that they at least got the exact guage design that they ordered in their first set of guages. In this case, we didn't even get what we ordered. If I don't get the silver ones, I am going to feel like I got ripped off. I have the white ones at my house but didn't even install them yet because those are not the ones I want on my car.

The thing that sucs about it is that we ordered SILVER gauges that looked more like this:




So I share your frustration.

If we want to do something about it, then maybe an email to 4IG just to get some info about this and to see if they will respond. No flame letters, just a polite letter with some questions and concerns.

i agree Edub-I should chill a little. but i don't sit around and let people take advantage of me. it is obvious that 4IG is very small, probably run by one oe two people, as a side business. if all else fails i have an uncle who is a lawyer, i'll taje that route if need be.

since we got the white ones he has fell off the face of the earth.

i don't want the white ones-it is npt what i paid for. i will be more than happy to send them back to get my silver. it is simple business ethics-GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY PAY FOR.

If 4IG can't do that-they wont be around long.

my RPM gauge is rubber against the needle big time so it wont move. there is obsolutely not enough space between the needle and the gauge..

the other two guages are barely touching the needles... this is getting kinda risky..

should i cut the gauge or should i just sell them?

I'd like my silver gauges now...even if it means $15...cuz I have a type-S and im not going to make my car look cheaper by putting in white gauges when I have the silver ones already..no offense guys..

My white guages never worked form the get go. :-( Unfortunately no help from 4IG.

White or silver I wished I had a set that worked for $80.
