I've purchased an OEM Acura TL Fog Light Switch; however in the 2003 CL's there is no harness which connects the switch to the fog lights. I was wondering if anyone has a diagram of what each of the pins on the fog light switch is for.

Either the diagram would be helpful or maybe if someone has the diagram and description of the switch & harness from the helm's manual for the 2001-2003 acura tl's.

The part number for the switch is 35180-S0K-A01ZA

I've seen the Acura TL FAQ, and it shows the pin layout for a different fog light switch that looks almost the same. i want the layout for the switch i gave the part number to above because i don't want to accidentally short anything out on my car.

Here is how to wire the accord fog switch to the PIAA wire harness. Im pretty sure the harness for the accord and TL-S are the same.
For my full install on the PIAA 510

Black (ground)
Red (ground for the green light indicator on the switch)
Blue (+ signal from relay)
Red/Black (+ some other signal from relay)
Green (+ illumination)

1) Cut the PIAA harness. You will see three wires


2)Connect the black and red wire to (- Black of PIAA) Then connect the Blue and Red/Black to (+ Red of PIAA ) and finally connect the green wire to (+ White of PIAA).

Hey I really need help on my fog lights.
I got the OEM remote but for some reason i didnt get the wire harness.
Do I have to get the wires aftermarket or do i have to go the dealer and get the wires.

How accurate is this?

And how accurate is the above instructions? I don't have the wire harness, & can't get it, so I soldered the wires to the switch, but all I could get was the green light to come on. I have a 2003 TL fog light switch.
