Acura Roadside Assistant

Anyone knows how acura roadsie assitant works in terms of fee and charges when the car is not under warranty (over 50k miles).

i think it just works as they will locate a tow truck for you and you have to pay the bill??

My dealer said they would tow you to the closest Acura Dealer, havent really read the fine print myself. Hoping to never have to use it
