ACP spoiler

Alright, I know it is cheap of me but I am looking to save a couple bucks by getting the ACP spoiler. Does anyone have this spoiler and if so how does it look? Any problems such as paint match problems? How hard is it to install? Thanks for your help.

so far i have heard good words about it. no issues on paint that i have heard of at all. also it's so much lighter than the stock one so when you put it on you don't even have to move the balance bar in the trunk at all. all it's missing is the word acura at the bottom.

I purchased spoiler from ACP a while ago and the first one they sent me had a real BAD paint job and the color did not match.
So I emailed TIM @ ACP and he sent me a another right away NEXT DAY AIR without even receiving the first one back. Tim also emailed me and said that he was going to have UPS pickup the first spoiler. (Great Service)

The second one I received was very clean. There is a slight difference in color but you really can't tell unless you are in a really bright light. That is a common problem on color matching on White Diamond Pearl. Even Acura Dealers have hard time color matching WDP.

As for installation, if you know what you are doing, its not that hard but I would get it done professionally.

I would recomend buying from ACP.

Who would you go to to get this installed?

I installed it myself. I have the tools, but becareful. Also I you lift you trunk, there should be 2 bumps on each side. That is where you should drill the holes.

What is the deal with the balance bar w/ the spoiler installed? I've driven both a cl-s and my tl-s with the oem spoiler & both instances, the trunk gets so weighted that it often comes down on our head! Is there a fix to this problem? I realize its a simple fact of the weight from the spoiler causing the trunk door to be heavier and in an unbalanced scenario....but is there a fix and shouldn't the installer have messed w/ the balance bar?
