Access hole for wire installation?

Could someone tell me a easy and simple and safe way to run wires through the firewall, maybe through existing hole somewhere? Im wanting to run 12v from my cigarette voltage to the front of the car.... Thank you

There is an unused grommet about a foot above the gas pedal. You can see it from the engine compartment as a black plug. Inside the car it's covered with a foam piece.

Why not find an ignition switched voltage in the engine compartment fuse box? That may be easier than moving the cig. wire forward. What are you trying to do?

i got this cool idea to run these lights called Iluminators, u get them at any major auto part store and im going to stick them on my fog lamps, which will be nice not running headlights or parking lights to light up my fogs, I recommend the white color.... got a few more tricks up my sleeve too
