I was traveling to Cincinnati last week when the AC totally quit. It wasn't too hot but trying to keep the windshield defogged was a bear since it was rainy the whole time. I called Columbia Acura when I arrived and they said they could fit me in the next day to check it out. Turned out it was an electrical relay and they were able to get the system up and running. I was impressed by their friendly attitude and helping out a "stranger" with no notice. They turned what would have been a major problem into a minor nuisance.

 

You're lucky. My AC went out a few weeks ago, and my TLS spent a week in the shop before they got it fixed. On the plus side, I loved it even more when I got it back - probably had to do with the lovely Integra that I had for a loaner. Made my TLS feel like a Rolls Royce.

Any car can and probably will have "problems" at some point. I'm happy the delear was able to resolve the issue quickly and with a smile.
