Honestly, I think mine works pretty well... So maybe you should really get the dealer to check it for you...

I hope its good cuz I've heard people complain about their cars and say---its cold, but not like it used to be (Pre Non-freon days)

My TBird has the new junk and it gets ICE COLD in seconds even on 90+ degree, 95% hum. days.....

Even the escort I had got reallllly cold, cept it had NO power with the AC on lol
it was like, hmmm, able to drive up a hill or haev ac on.
so does the TL's get reallly cold fairly quickly?

Thumbs up

The TL A/C works very well this is my 2nd summer with the car. I have the Black/Ebony color combo & the car cools down quick. Remeber Acura says our A/C is powerful enough to cool a midsized house. It is an advanced high capacity A/C designed to cool the car rapidly. Our A/C can be set as low as 60 degrees. I always try to put my sunshade up in the windshield to help ruduce heat.

I live in the south where its already in the 90's with heat inx close to 100. My TL is black with parchment interior. My a/c works very well. I have to let my windows down to get that hot air out but most who ride with me ask me to turn it down. I usually use the full autoclimate with temp set between 63-65 depending on how warm it is. 63 normally cools it down very good.

Question

Acura says the A/C can cool a mid-sized house, but I can't find anything anywhere which indicates its capacity in BTUs -- anyone know?
