About to SELL car. need opinions
Hi. I am currently trying to sell my 2003 TL-S with navi. I don't know how much it is worth because I have alot of mods on it. I currently posted with OFFERS and no price. KBB is about $18.500 for excellent.
This is the mods I have on my CAR:
2003 ABP Acura TL-S/Navi
Wings West Kit
19x8.5 Axis Hiros 45 offset
Toyo Proxes T1s
Greddy MX Custom Cat Back
AEM CAI
JL 10w3v3
JL 250/1
4300k Fog Light
9-LED White Interior Lights, 9-LED White License Plate
20% Tint All Around
Rockblocker Taillight 20%
Inspire Badge
About $4000 spend on my car. I am thinking about $20k. You think anyone would buy?

Good luck.
Good luck.
And is your transmission covered under the extended warranty? If not, that will also hurt the resale value.

It has 50k miles. It is actually somewhat under the transmission warranty. I recently asked acura and they told me i will only pay for labor. Which is 750 where they will pay 3500. Kbb excellent is 18k you think i will get anything close to that? Cant deal with this stupid tranny. Its like a bomb waiting to explode.

Part out everything, because when you sell a car with modified engine internals, people tend to think you raced the car, and don't want to be stuck, regardless of how much you convince them. Part out the AEM CAI put the stock back on, get the Greddy Exhaust out, and you should be fine with the rest.. I would take out the JL and put it in the 335I. Also, got any pics?

Also forgot to add: It depends on the group of people you are selling to, young or the elderly. For the most part, the TL is a family Sedan, so elderly people will look into it, so thats why I mentioned to take off those parts. Another tip is, you can keep all the parts, talk to some buyers, see what they do or do not what, and from there progress on.

Also note that the Kelly Blue Book value estimate can be substantially higher than the true market value. Check other sources such as Edmunds.com. See what sellers are asking in your local Craigslist.org listings.
Good luck.
Good luck.
