Why not get one from acura? My 7 yr/100k mile warranty was $1,150. I have just heard too many horror stories about aftermarket warranty companies. In fact, I had just read an article about one who filed for bankruptcy and was no longer paying out claims, yet they were still selling new warranties online to anyone who paid.

Well, i woudln't hold out any hope on ANY aftermarket warranty paying out claims on your car then. I mean, there bad enough on denying regular (non salvaged) cars on ligitimate claims.. Seems like your better off just saving that $1500 and using it for repairs down the road..

Read some aftermarket warranty topics on the edmunds forums...
