Hey, ive got an '99 acura tl with a j32a1 automatic transmision the car is full stock and i want to swap it with an bigger engine and an 5 or 6 speed standart trany. The car have at lease 250k on the engine and the frame. When i bought it the trany was allredy slipping and now its sliping evry 4 gear so that is the reson why i want to swap it.

i want to know what are the posibilities of engine and trany for this swap and things i need to know before starting buying parts

Take an engine/assembly from a 3gTL Manual (base if you want 3.2 or type s if you want 3.5)

 

yeah but a j32(type s) is kind of rare but maybe a j35 will do it. Does the egine mount is the same from a 2g tl to a 3gen tl?

J35 swap in a 2G TL has been done before and on this forum, do a search and you'll find others who have done something similar and should be able to help you figure out your way. .
