How long has your car been like that? My check engine light didn't go on for about a week after the rough idle. Just bring it in to get an engine diagnostic test.

Trust me big ass difference. Oh yea for you guys out there that havn't had your transmission flush, check out BG's premium tranny flush and fluid. They got a cleaner during the flush and a conditioner additive after the flush. Nothing else out there even comes close. Best bang for the buck!

I put one can of bg44k in my car last week and all of a sudden it started to die. I asked a mechanic and he said that means you had a lot of junk that was being cleaned out. I have used other cleaners in the past but this one seems to be the best. I would definitly recommend this product..

The main ingredient in that product is naptha. Back in the day with cars that had carburators, they use to pour a little tranny fluid down tha carb and that would eat up the carbon course thats kinda hard to do with a throttle body.(works great for an engine flush to )
This will help with carbon buildup, but the problem you are experiencing would not happen overnight...especially if you had this problem right after you changed the plugs.
What plugs did you use?(make sure they were iridium) Did you reset the computer? (disconnect both positive & negative terminals from the battery for a minute) Also look back over your handy work and make sure you put everything back together correctly. Check to make sure you didn't disconnect any vacume hoses by mistake, which is a taltale sign of rough idling.
