Well I just totalled my 2.2 cl 97 and now I am planning to buy a 99 TL. Tell me if this is a good deal.....

Is this a good deal? How fast is this car in a 1/4 mile stock? And how fast is it in a 1/4 with just bolt ons. Lets hope i get it.

that sounds like a good deal to me. stock the 1/4 is about 15.5 seconds - with bolt ons, I dont really know for sure. But my car feels like a totally new engine with the bolt ons that I have. Im sure 14.4-14.7 isnt out of the question with simple bolt ons and good conditions.

They are all Manumatics btw. 0-60 is about 7.4 seconds, and 1/4mile I think is 15.4 seconds.
Great deal, BTW, I got my 1999 TL in 2001 for $17,000, Its a fantastic car. Currently I have 73,000 miles on it. BTW, the tranny in the 1999's are the most solid of all the 2nd gen TL's.
