99 Front OEM Lip

The front lip on the TL is badly scratched up and I need to get another one, but my question is, do they still sell the oem one? Is this it:

http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/...BLACK_PEARL%29

Sorry, I tried searching and had no luck and have been searching this forum for the last two days. Where would you guys recommend I buy the front lip from. Any other suggestion would be appreciated.

Thanks.

the description on the link says that the color is STARLIGHT black pearl...there's no such thing so you should get in contact with them to see if that was a typo. Why dont you just repaint the one you have? If you're looking for the stock front lip not the one that was an option, I have mine for sale.

I tried repainting my old one and it just didn't turn out good (novice painter here). I basically just want to get a new one now. I guess what your saying is there are two lips on the TL a stock and then a option one. Well, I think I need the option one. My TL has a full oem lip kit all the way around (minus the front now). I called acura and they gave me the same part number listed in the link above. Is that the option one??

Hm, i'm not sure since there's no picture available on that website, and that's pretty cheap for a painted front lip. I'd contact them to make sure that it's the part you're looking for and it's the correct color (no such thing as starlight black pearl.)

you can always sand it down. and then fill in the really deep scratches with this weird green cement thing they use at body shops. let it dry, resand it. then spray paint it. if it dont work out, sand and repaint again lol. the 50 bucks or so you spend on paint and primer and sand paper is going to save u hundreds later when you need to touch up spots and things.
if you're really interested in this route, the wash and wax forum has crazy info on this
