99-01 Adding Door Memory Seat

I was wondering if anyone has done this? I'm getting tirer of readjusting my seat every time after my wife drive my TL. ( Our other Car is dead now ) So we going have to share my TL for few months until I can get the other car fix.

I know that the 02-03 TL came with Memory seat control on door handle. I was wondering if this can be added on the 99 TL with an simple plug an play or you have to do some rewiring?

Its been asked about before. No its not something you can add. Its built into the ECU, the multiplex and a module in the seat, plus a bunch of wiring.

I would think if you're going to 6-speed swap and maybe be willing to deal with the wiring, and replace your front seats you could do it. But I'd say tack on a little over 800 for seats plus the pain of the wiring during your work...
