the 99-01 TL was not offered in a Type-S. Only the 02-03,and the 02-03 lip kit doesnt fit the front bumper on the 99-01.

what do you mean Honda has them? Do they have lip kits for hondas that fit 99tl?I always thought maybe an accord lip would fit on a tl but I have been very wrong in the past with things so I dont know how lol. does anyone know if that is so?

althought honda and acura has interchangeable parts, i doubt honda sells kits for the tl. like previously mentioned, the 99-01 and the 02-03 oem kits match, expect for the front. if you just do a side by side comparison, it's very obvious they aren't the same.

lol no. Hood, grille, lights, fenders, bumper, and possibly bumper support. Pretty much everything in front of the front doors.

Right, they made a lip kit for it, but it isn't called the "Type-S" or anything. The Type-S was only made in 02 and 03.

If someone is willing to sell it for cheap, that's one thing, but just don't steal it. Honestly, it's not even cool saying it but I assume that you were just joking around. Not to long ago, I was eating at Jimmy Johns. This older guy (had a good amount of white hair) with a SSM 02-03 TL and OEM kit parks and comes in. I asked if he wanted to sell the kit and he said "I wouldn't have bought the car without it." It can't hurt to ask, but you never know, even a grandma might like the stylings of the car with the kit on. Good luck on your search.

Yea, trying to buy it from her is one thing, but stealing is completely different. Even if they don't like it, it is still theirs which they paid for and you can't just take it. We can kind of assume that you were kidding, but the way you write/type suggests different.

If you want the 02-03 sides and rear opposed to the 99-01, then yes.

hahaha even if I wasnt joking lol why would you care, you live in Texas I live in Alberta...very far. So it wont be your car. And I was joking. I actaully need the whole new bumper first cuz we have lots of snow and after the sltreet cleaners cleaned the streets a chunk of ice fell on the road and the previous owner ran over it thus cracking the front bumper.

the sides and rear are the Same for the 99-03. Look for any from those years. The only thing different is the front piece. That has to be for the 02-03

Move up on the Kelvin scale. The stock headlights burn at 4300K which is a pure white, the best for vision. When you move up to 6000K it gets more blue and the purple is up around 12000K IIRC, but the light output sucks .

Stay stock. They shouldnt be purple. Stick with 4300k. With the age of your car its highly possible you have the original lights and may need to get new bulbs to correct output. Stock 4300 has the most usable light. Buying lights purely on color is :ghey:
