If not where can i get a 8000k D2R HID kit ?

 

stock ballast will not support any higher temp then 6000k. So you would need to buy new ballast. 8000k will also have dimished light output. So you won't light up the road and defeats the advantage of having a HID system. I would not recommend them, just get 6000k bulbs. They will give better color output, works with stock ballast, and light output wouldn't be decreased dramatically.

 

Also these are no name bulbs. I would stick to Philips, Osram, and at the least Hella bulbs.
