6000ks

So I just ordered 6000k HID's

are they drop in replacements?

If you bought D2R 6000k HID bulbs, they are plug and play. D2S, you need to mess around with the dremel tool to make it fit.

damn i just looked up those 6000k D2Rs...i'm really tempted to buy em.....don't want to spend $200 bucks though

BTW, i'm guessing BROLY paid around $200.

You get what you pay for. You can probably get them as cheap as $120 for 2.

Better? In what sense? They look better/different in my eyes and a few other members. It less lumes compared to the stock bulbs rated at 4300K. The 6000Ks have a blueish/purple tint to them while 4300K are white.

d2s in a reflector type housing like ours will give an annoying glare off to oncoming drivers. d2r on the other hand is made for reflector typehousing
